    Description

    A nice, restored Esterbrook model J fountain pen in Dubonnet Red with a 9556 Master Series nib. This pen is in good used condition showing normal signs of age and wear. Barrel and cap show marks, nicks, and dings. Chrome trim is in good shape. Barrel imprint is good. No cracks or major damage visible. This pen has been serviced and is in good working order. Lever filling system works well with a new ink sac installed. Cap screws on and off properly and posts firmly. We have cleaned out past ink residue in the cap. Please see pictures for more details on exterior condition.
    The interchangeable Esterbrook 9556 nib is in good condition and offers a fine line with slight variations. Please see writing sample in photos. Pen measures approximately 5 inches (127mm) in length capped. A nice, clean Esterbrook fountain pen in good working order.
