I have not tested the nib, so I can't attest or warrant its writing quality.  I am no expert on fountain pens and it seems everyone has a different opinion on nib writing quality, so the nib is accepted "as-is".  Please refer to the photos for condition.  I am happy to try and answer any questions regarding the nib.
New ink sac has been installed with talc.
The pen has surface scratches that are commensurate with a vintage pen, as shown in the photos.
